Congratulations @Lagosbabe & @debbiejosh! The end is soooo close! I pray the same for everyone who has been waiting patiently in Jesus name. May good news keep flowing here.

I got my passport back this morning with 2 forms (which I’m guessing will be requested for upon landing). I leave tomorrow night to land on the 14th and I’m just so glad that all of this is over. Still feels like a dream and I honestly cannot wait to be in my hubby’s arms.

I want to thank each and every single person that has been so helpful through out this whole process - from giving advice and suggestions to sharing experiences and just generally providing emotional support... too many names to mention. God bless you all. It will all end in praise for all of us in Jesus name.

Quick question for you. Did your eligibility check pass? And did your background check changed to "in process"? I mean prior to PPR

Usually that would change when your application has been updated to "approved" with your COPR and visa issued.

They are going to start after they receive your passport, that's what happened to me

yes it's valid for one year that is why am confused, I got a police clearance in May 3rd 2017 and submitted when they request for it in june so its still valid i don't know why they are asking for an updated one.

Did you attach the finger print section when u sent it the first time.

Dats nt true. U send together dats why Dey re asking for it again from her. So hw will Dey work on it without finger prints. Wen I did mine d officer told me to give dem both. If u gave dem only certificate u beta add d oda before Dey ask u to send anoda

Yes that was my mistake but I mailed AVO and they replied saying I should get a new one but the old one was already in transit to Accra so I mailed them again explaining that I will get a new one but the old one is on transit to them and attached to the email the old police certificate and fingerprint. Waiting to hear from them

I'm April 4 and haven't heard anything since the medicals .
