Subject for the email should be like " Urgent: Change in Family Composition".
Sorry, I forgot to say this initially.

It is recommended to use URGENT word in the subject of the email.
First I wrote to LDN VO without urgent. then i wrote another email with the word URGENT on the subject line. I still haven't received any reply.

Hi,
I had applied for PR and received ITA on Jan 24, 2016. I submitted all required documents for myself and my wife.
My wife was pregnant then and we had a daughter on 5th may 2016. I have now applied and received passport for my daughter. For adding her to my application I had raised CSE and still awaiting response.
On 6th july, I received a mail from CIC to deposit my and dependant passport to VO. This I guess is PPR.

Now I have to hurry as in the letter it is mentioned that all documents/passports should reach the VO in 30 days and I am yet to add my daughter to the application.

I replied to PPR email but there was an auto reply stating that this email is not checked.

So my question is how to add my daughter to the application ? How to send document (email/post) and to whom to send?

I will be highly grateful for any help. Thanks :)

Hi Dear , I am into same situation .. may i check what is the progress now on your stage and how to handle future

Hello Everyone,

It would be really helpful if you guys gave us an update on your situations.

I am in the same boat.
08 Oct: Raised a CSE to add newborn
23 Oct: Got PPR
28 Oct: I was asked to send baby documents & I sent it.
04 Nov: Baby was added to my application but my status still says "additional documents are being reviewed"

since then no updates have happened.
Tomorrow is 23 Nov. 30 days past my PPR and I haven't sent my passports.

How long did it take for you to receive your 2nd PPR?
How to get in touch with London VO? I am yet to receive a response for adding newborn. What documents had they requested to send?

Thanks

Hi.
Congrats for your visa. I am in the same boat. I got an email reply asking us to mail the same docs you mention. Should I mail (post) them? If yes, where? Or should I send a case specific inquiry and attach all documents?

Can you please guide because I have ppr request that expires on 4 Jan 2018. The application hasn't been updated. I am freaking out. Don't know what to do because it's the holiday season and there is less time. Please guide.

Thanks

Alhamdolillah, I got my Visa and COPR after successfully adding a newborn baby.

This is what I did to add a newborn baby:

I arranged all the following documents:

1- Birth Certificate
2- Visa Photo
3-Passport
4-Upfront Medical of baby
5-Paid fee of 150CAD (in advance)
6-Update IMM0008 form
7-Update 5406E (Principle Applicant)
8- Updte 5406 E (Spouse)

I raised CSE that I want to add a newborn baby but after two days of CSE, I got my PPR that clearly states that if change in family composition then do write an email immediately to London Visa office. So, I did and in that email, I attached all the above documents. After 22 days of my email, I got reply from london visa office with Medical Request form 1017E for my newborn baby. I requested my clinic to upload upfront medical of my daughter which i did earlier with the IME no. provided by CIC on form 1017E. Doctor tried to access IME no. provided but it gives the error message. So doctor told me to report this back to CIC that prvided IME no. is not working . So, once again I wrote an email to London Visa office. Explaining them the error message CIC panel docotor getting in emedical system and about my earlier email in which I provided upfront medical as well. After two days, I got another PPR. This Sunday, I submitted my passports through VFS and yesterday, I collected my passports with COPR and Visa.

My advice for all those who are in same situation. Please arrange all the above documents and write an email to your visa office with all the documents. Hopefully, things will go smoothly.

Thanks

My visa office was Paris. I contacted them through their email. It takes about 20 days for them to respond.

I wrote back with all the required documents to London visa office. I even sent them a package through post since 1 Jan 2018. But still haven’t received any response in mycic account or on email. There has been no update at all. My medical expire on 1 apr 2018 and am worried as we are close to nearing that date. I wrote email to Ottawa as well but nth from them either. Don’t know what to do ... any ideas?

Hi all, I may be new to the conversation but here is my case layout

I got PPR on 16/11/2017 had to submit my passports within 30 days (15/12/17). Blessed with a baby girl on 22/11/17. Intimated CIC on 29/11/17 with Birth Certificate (already had intimated that we were expecting a child with my wifes medicals). CIC-O replied on 02/12/17 I had to inform NDVO. Mailed NDVO on same day. No replies from them for over 20 days. PPR was to expire on 16/12/17 so I had no choice but to submit passports of me and my wife for stamping. And guess what, I got visa stamped on 23/12/17 (happy but not much coz.....)

NDVO replied to my mail on 29/12/17. They asked for the following documents to be sent to them by email.

- New IMM0008 form including your child’s information

- New Additional family information forms for you and your spouse (IMM5407)

- Pay the document replacement fee for you and your spouse (CAD $30) each online and send the receipt to our office by email.

- Pay the processing fee for your child online and send the receipt to our office by email

and also asked me to send our passports back for cancellation :( of the VISA granted (we 3 will receive the new visa together)

I sent them all documents on 04/01/18. NDVO replied on 16/01/18 informing my daughters UCI & IME and asked for her medicals. Got my passports with visa cancelled. Submitted my daughters medicals on 22/01/18.

Waiting for their next mail. Hopefully its a PPR now

Hi, I am based in Delhi, my case is exactly similar to yours. My child was born on 12th November 2017, I got PPR in January 2018. Seems like it will take a long time. Its strange they have requested for medical, I have seem cases where no medical was requested for a new born. If you don't mind can we connect my email is neounizen@gmail.com. Thanks
