hmnn didn't you receive a letter from CPC-M to link your application online?
if VO needs any document from you, you can upload your document via GCKey account rather mail the docs to them and this is time consuming, once docs upload, VO can receive it same time it is uploaded rather receiving it after 1-2 weeks and you can view updates about your file status as well if there is any.

You better decide it yourself. I am just making you aware of pros and cons. Prepare rational answers to the concerns you believe VO could have. Everything will go smooth if you are confident and honest at the interview.

How long will take for a final review before finalizing?

There is no time frame unfortunately. It's all luck when VO picks up your file. A few of later date interview applicants got PPR before me.

But then they should have interview of the sponsor and asks him why you are not visiting your wife for that long ? why they always bother PA (husband OR wife) for an interview.? Husband not visiting her wife so an explanation is required from Husband what is wife's fault?

Because wife is principal applicant and immigration is to be given to her not the sponsor. So basically, principal applicant is interrogated.

I would like to make you aware of one more thing. If you both are present at the time of interview there is a chance you both will be interviewed, separately. The VO calls the spouse in the room after the PA's interview to verify answers.

we dont have any stats on refusal due to medical but it is very rare.

you will see medical pass only on gckay. on ecas you will see: "Medical results have been received."

I need help from senior I am suffering this situation last 8 year union council create controversy of my divorce documents they issued husband documents in different date with different certificate and issued me different divorce certificate with different dates immigration refuse my case same couple have different dates of divorce with different certificate now this case went to civil court and we both agreed with one certificate and one divorce date my question is civil court documents accepted in immigration for reapply or do they refuse again in eligibility what option for me or they will accept with civil court order. even couple has child together isn't a decisive factor to prove the relationship is genuine
how come? u mean if PA (female)is fake and married to Sponsor to get entry of Canada and even sponsor knows that he married to this woman or girl just to let her enter to Canada (pre-planned), can't believe a girl can go that far to lose her virginity and become a mother just to get entry of Canada?

Mine is a reverse case, I am the sponsor (wife) in Canada been blessed by a baby here while my hubby lives in Pakistan.
we are getting happy that our case got stronger by the birth of our baby, is there still more thing they might ask to proof our marriage?

did you submit it via webform or directly to lvo? also if to LVO, was it both email and mail or just email? OR did you choose all three methods - email, mail, and webform?

No I just did webform lol, that’s kind of too much bombarding them because I applied for notes too. I will wait a month if no reply then I’ll email them the file
