Hi Zaria, none of us here can tell you exactly what will happen next. It is up to LVO. usually re-med request is towards the end of the process, hopefully you see DM soon or they may send communication about further info if they require. you can speak with your local MP so he/she can follow up with LVO and get more updates. we are all here same as you, none of us have control over this and none of us are related to CIC or LVO etc.

I dnt have any GCkey account... btw what u thnk how many cases got refusal on the basis of medical ?

we dont have any stats on refusal due to medical but it is very rare.

you will see medical pass only on gckay. on ecas you will see: "Medical results have been received."

Sorry it's just it's so hard to answer these questions I myself have asked so many questions but at the end of the day we are all applicants or sponsors who know very little about the mysterious ways of LVO. Can you contact your mp to inquire through them? That might be the fastest way to get some answers. All the best :)

One of my friend received a pre-arrival service letter from LVO and their lawyer said to them its not a good indication. Can anyone explain or have received the same letter and what happened after that?

the lawyer is probably wrong.

so far pretty much everyone who has received the letter has gotten a decision made and eventually gotten a PPR

Thanks Posse

pre-arrival letter sole purpose is to introduce the applicant to the different services available to them once they reach Canada, so how can it be negative news :)

In my case I didn't receive pre-arrival letter. I don't know why lawyer said this to them.
