I am planning to send my Spouse Fingerprint to FBI .
In one of the checklist its written to include a form of contact information

Does it means to add Cover letter..

Also I am planning to get the fingerprint done from 2 different agencies and then post two application to FBI
.
Separate one ...
Are you a US citizen or a permanent resident? If not, which US agencies are you using to get the fingerprint done? I’m struggling to find one.. called up ups and they said they do it for SureID.com which I turn is a fbi channeler that a non permanent resident can’t use...

The application form already has your contact information. So, it is not necessary to include a cover letter. It is also not harmful to add one. So, it is up to. I personally didn't add any cover letters.
If you get two fingerprint cards. You can send them together in one envelope with one application. In this case you will not have to pay extra fees. If you are doing this just in case it was lost in the mail, then there is nothing I can say.
Nopes I will send different application just to be as a Backup. My wife is non US PR or citizen
In one Application I will give US Addresse and in other Canadian Addresse.

Also my wife is not sure exactly about SSN...so I will leave that Blank

Any other things I need to take care ..plz advice..

One more things in Reason of Fingerprinting I should write "Canadian Immigration " or "Canada PR Application ".
Inside Place of Birth "Delhi (India) or just India ".

Update from FBI: The new online system will be launched in Jan 2018. The rest of us already waiting have to just waaaiiiiit..while the new applicants will never know our struggles. lol.
I doubt this is for general public ( non-immigrants ) . They could have just opened FBI Channeler option for all applicants and current system is capable of handling it. This will be for some 'Elite' class of applicants only. I called them again to learn they have opened package for July 12th ( moving at Snail's pace )

Hi All,
Thanks
My Wife had done with the Fingerprints .But the Agency says that due to weakness in Lines there are chances of 50 percent passing. I am really worried.
Please anyone let me know the process
Of getting State Clearance from New York. If anyone has done so please help me .

Also if the FBI rejects with poor quality ..Based on this CIC can issue the visa .
As I am already PR and my wife was Non Accompanying in my COPR Documents.
At my PR application they didn't required FBI clearance.

You don't need state clearance. You only need the FBI PCC. Did you try going to a place with livescanning? It has much higher probability of acceptance compared to ink fingerprinting.
Can live scanning fingerprint be printed on FD-258 cards ? I think livescan is useful only when you need to send it electronically ( and which is through FBI Channeler option )

Yes. You need to make few calls to ask first. Some agencies and police stations do this. I was with a friend of mine who did in front of me. Fingerprints were taken at a police station electronically and printed on the FD-258 card. No fingerprints were transmitted at all, just printed.

what is your geo location, i know a hidden place in SFO, CA who does this. there are some states/regions where this is very common and some like north CA where i had to rub my butt off to find one ..

Hi everyone

I have sent my finger prints to FBI a week ago, although I addressed the envelope to 2306 on the tracking shows it has been delivered to the postal code of 2301. Does this mean that they mail service sent the envelope to a wrong address or is it ok?

Hi
I sent my documents to FBI 's address mentioned on the form that's in West Virginia, but my tracking number shows it has been delivered in Columbus and signed by L. Wagner,
Is that how it's meant to be?
