Hi Bill,
Is it true that once we cross 60 days invariably we will get a Procedural Fairness Letter? Or are there cases where people have received nomination after 60 days without PFL? In all the cases that I have seen, applicants that got the PFL were not preceded with an ADR. Is my understanding correct?
People receive Nomination without PFL as well and also ADR candidates received PFL in the past.

However, OINP claims time taken is due to backlog and not due to PFL or ADR.

Hello,
The fact that you received two separate ADR instead of one requesting all missing documents shows that they are not organized.
I'm in DIP since August, 10. It's been 78 days now since I submitted my application. Every time I write them I get the same stupid reply.
If the operator tells me that my application is fine as there was no request for additional documents, then why other applications are nominated before mine and other users in this forum. This proves that they don't assess applications in the order they are received. If they pick whatever profiles they want, then they shouldn't send intention to apply notifications to tons of people just like that.
Now they still have 988 nominations to give and this includes of course other streams. If for instance we don't get nominated then we should wait until next year. profiles will probably expire. Ielts exams, TEF.... may expire also.
Who knows, they may come and just reject the rest of pending applications (Bye bye $1500). No one can sue them, as they are in a power position.
All our predictions go haywire when it comes to OINP predictions.

Just got procedural fairness letter request

seems like they were not satisfied with the my pension scheme plan statement, so i fell 1500 CAD short in my POF
now they are asking me this:

Please provide confirmation from your financial institution that the funds contained in your investment accounts can be immediately liquidated and at what value; and that they are free of debt or financial liability.

@BillHyatt I am the primary applicant While my wife is a dependent applicant.

This is regarding my POF. I have shown two accounts.
1 - My Personal Account and
2 - Joint account with my wife who is the first holder.
I have 70% of the funds in my account and 30% in the joint account. Will this create a problem for me ?

I pray and hope this is true. I am tired of waiting. I have been waiting since 2007 under the SAP.

Dear Sir:

RE: Procedural Fairness Request – Federal Skilled Worker

Thank you for your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
under the Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream received on July 11,
2017. Your application and all supporting documentation submitted to date have been
reviewed.

Before a decision is made on your application, this letter is to provide you with a final
opportunity to submit information to support your eligibility for nomination.

All applicants who choose to be assessed against the Federal Skilled Worker Program
(FSWP) criteria must meet the following provincial criteria:

 A minimum of one year of continuous and full-time employment (1,560 hours or
more) or an equal amount in continuous part-time paid work experience in a
National Occupation Classification (NOC) 0, A, or B occupation in the past five
years from the date of the PT Notification of Interest from Ontario. Applicants
assessed against FSWP criteria can demonstrate work experience obtained in
Canada or overseas. The one year minimum of continuous and full-time (or
equivalent continuous part-time) employment must have been in one specific
NOC occupation.

 A Canadian Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree or an Educational Credential
Assessment (ECA) report produced by a designated organization indicating that
your foreign education is the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors, Masters or
PhD degree.

 A language level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or above in all
language competencies (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) in either
English or French.

 Score a minimum of 400 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System in CIC’s
Express Entry system. Your score must remain at or above 400 during both the
Ontario nomination processing stage and at the federal application for permanent
residency processing stage.

 Possess sufficient funds and/or income to cover settlement costs in Ontario.
Funds must be unencumbered, readily transferable in a convertible currency, and

 Registration in the Express Entry system, including a valid Express Entry number
and Job Seeker Validation code, is a requirement of the Human Capital Priorities
Stream and the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream of the Ontario
Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

If you choose to qualify under the FSWP criteria, you will also be assessed against
CIC’s six selection factors to ensure you meet the minimum of 67 points for the FSWP.

The assessment of the information and documentation submitted in support of your
application indicates that some of the above criteria may not have been met.
Specifically,

 A minimum of 67 points for the FSWP Points are awarded for the following six
selection factors: English and/or French Skills, Education, Experience, Age,
Arranged employment in Canada, and Adaptability.
o See the Application Guide for Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream:

nts/document/oi_en_hcps.pdf

Should the program not receive additional information within this timeframe, your
application will be assessed based on the existing information on file which may lead to
the refusal of your application.

In your opinion why are they listing all these factor knowing that I have provided all evidences when I submitted my application ?.
Why they are not specific about which prove to submit?
Please note that my CRS is 315 and not 400 because I received the ontario notification in ICT week (29 june).
Please help me and tell me how to proceed. PLEASE !!
Best Regards,

Honestly I believe they have a huge backlog and they're trying to play this way to deny applications. It's not right as I have submitted every thing.
