Hello to all,
Really appreciate for all of you for giving me very useful information thanks to you all.i have question.i am living outside of canada i am canadian citzen going to sponsor my wife , for accommodation my cousin sent me letter that i can stay initially with her until i find my owns and signed but my question is ,is the consent letter
Should be notarized or her signatures would be enough with photo copy of her passport

If you have it notarized makes it stronger and more real. However, without notarized is valid as well. But it is up to the VO to see if whether they need further proof.
 
I was in the same situation, I included a letter from my parents stating that we were going to stay with them as well as letters from friends and family stating that they knew about our plans to return to Canada and start a family. Ultimately this wasn't enough and the VO (Ottawa) sent a letter to us requesting more proof. Some examples they included were "Money in Canada, contact with mortgage broker, real estate agent, insurance for my wife when she arrives, proof you are searching for and applying to jobs". They requested this after the application so just be prepared in case they also request this stuff from you.
