Hi everyone,
I’m a Canadian citizen currently outside Canada on a working holiday visa. During this time, I travelled to India and got married. I’m preparing an outland spousal sponsorship for my wife who is Indian citizen, who is residing outside Canada.
I do not currently have a job or property in Canada and my savings are modest, though I have past Canadian work history and have never received social assistance. I intend to return to Canada after completing my WHV.
My questions:
Thank you.

My questions:
- What evidence is typically sufficient to demonstrate intent to return to Canada when sponsoring from abroad?
- Is a letter of explanation and accommodation support letter usually acceptable in this situation?
- How much importance is placed on current savings, given there is no minimum income requirement for spousal sponsorship?
Thank you.
