Hello all,
It's a good idea.
We will need a good and sound format email or letter to the immigration office and visa office.
My worry is our forum is not active like other forums.
This means there is probably only 3 or 4 members in here who might agree to this.
Is this going to be enough?
Will this make any change????

My file was transferred on Jan 16,2017.
Is your file also in Dar now?
And is it through spousal sponsorship or family reunification(dependants of refugees)????

Yes my file was transfered to DARVO on Sep 20th .
I sponsored my wife . No dependant since our son is Canadian ..
I was reading through the thread and it appeared to me that DARVO seems to be very slow .
I think a complaint should be filed with CIC .
Also is a spreadsheet ever been created for DARVO applicant ?

I actually agree with you , DAr office seems slower compared to other African office.
Actually I thought once Dar opened up then the long wait won't be long like before when Nairobi handled most countries around the East and Southern Africa countries.
But that doesn't seem to be the case.
I do hope your case goes fast cause I know how painful it is to wait.
And to make matters worse, Dar office hardly reply or respond to emails.
I really don't understand.
There was suggestion before to write an official complain but I think maybe most people got fed up with the wait and are in depression mode now!
And there is no spreadsheet unfortunately.
If you can please start one.

Wow am the oldest. My file was transferred to Dar March 2016. Plus medicals. Dar replied file in queue for preliminary review. Medicals received and passed.Hello pro818,

Hi everything sorry I have been away for awhile, just an update yesterday 29,Sep 2017 my husband received an email from Dar es saying he is scheduled for an interview October 21 2017. So he is suppose to travel from Kampala to Dar es for the interview. We were surprised coz we thought that the interview was supposed to be in Kampala. Anyway we are happy but at the same time nervous because we do not know how everything will go
