Lately, there has been a lot of talk about people rejecting ITAs hurting those that didn't get them, or today, having both spouse's with profiles depriving someone else. I don't think that is true.

It's the number of ITA acceptances that matters, not the offers. They factor in the rejection rate when they decide how many to give in each draw. If the rejection rate were smaller, the number of ITAs would be smaller.

So imagine that each person with CRS above 430 has two profiles in the system, what then? It's 2nd grade math, you do it.

Way to go girl. I am so proud of you, I don't need anyone to tell me you deserve even more than you are currently being paid how less 35% reduction. I would have opted for your choice too. Btw my guts tell me they will soon run back to you. Please share when it happens. In the meantime enjoy the company of your blood family and we your e- family and hope all works out for you. Cheers
Thank you so much for your kind words! You made me feel really good about myself! :) I went to maternity leave and the person who was in charge of my work left after few months and couldn't replace me but it's fine how everything worked out because I overgrown the company few years back and if I hadn't got pregnant I would leave on my own.

I'll definitely keep you in the loop my e-family (nicely said by the way)! ;)
