Use UCI and Application Number.
Skip Country and City completely.
Enter all passport information of the PA.
Enter destination information.
Caps letter does not have any impact.
I have followed these directions and also the ones on the spreadsheet to the letter. I've now given it 15 attempts over three days and have not succeeded. Any tips?

I say Permanent residence application for spouse.
I have tried both application number and family name (of PA) and application number and UCI
I have used town of birth and country (directly from application) or passport details
And I put in destination information as well as 3 for number of family members (sponsor, PA, +1 dependant who is a Canadian citizen but appears on the application)

On the original application, I put down the same e-mail address for both the sponsor's contact and for the PA's contact so we wouldn't lose the e-mails. That's the one that they sent the AOR1 to on Tuesday, addressed to me as sponsor. But everyone is saying to use the PA's contact details so I am, though in some earlier attempts I tried using the sponsor's information.

It's confounding, really, and I don't get why it is so difficult.

i've tried 50+ times in 3 days lol. keep going at it, you'll eventually hit the right combination. as for me, the magic thing that made it work is to use SINGLE instead of married. and viola, it linked! remember, you can create infinite number of accounts so you can keep trying until you successfully link it. i had haXudon1 up to haXudon10. then i deleted the failed ones so i ended up with just one.

call them today and ask them to give you info about the status of your application. they will tell you if they received it and have it in their system or it was returned to you. 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only) that is their phone number
Thank you so much.
Appreciate your help.

My application has been sent back because of some missing information. I am planning to sent it tomorrow. Will it take another month to open my application?

Yes, it would be as if you submitted it for the first time tomorrow, you would go back to the queue according to the new date in which you submit the application. Why was it sent back?

I don't know about that. You should have asked that question to the CSR who took your call. My guess is they'd tell you if they will return it, but it looks good. Did you submit those forms outdated too?
