Gonna lose 5 points on 11th of Sep. Any prediction says CRS would hit 417 before that?

Unfortunately, I don't think it will by then... If the CRS is 432 tomorrow, then the next draw will probably happen in 2 weeks, on September 5 with CRS dropping max 10 points, bringing it to above 420 range. But in case they do a back to back draws it sure can come down to your target range. Lets hope for the best!

Well. Only back to back draw can help to reach that CRS but we already had 2 draws this month so it seems difficult now.

But CIC is crazy and anything can happen and when CRS will go down to 417, 412 or 417 gap doesn't matter really. Best Wishes.

I am not the priMary applicant, my common law partner is.Although we have been living together we have no proof ie joint back acc, bond statements etc.Would I need to submit a marriage certificate for OINP? Meaning we need to get married first or can we submit without & after we receive a nomination we then get married.Thoughts please.(crs 405) (Just wanting confirmation from a couple more people here,posted elsewhere )

Please help me out with a query. My ex manager "A" is refusing to give me a reference letter longer than one page...but another manager "B" from the same company is willing to give me a 2 page letter...I have never worked with "B" but just have known him as a friend. Should I go ahead and take the letter or would it be a problem later??

Does "A" doesn't comply with providing such letter in two pages ? - If that is on the company letter head I suggest you to shrink your contents in the single page format. for eg, no need to list all the roles and responsibilities which would go for second page. List some roles pertains to your NOC and get it signed in company letterhead. Believe me , there are lot of applicants (including me) where their manager doesn't even pay heed to our requests.
If "B" is providing you such letter, he/she won't come under manager category since he/she hasn't evaluated officially. They will come under "senior employee" for which you have to draft a affidavit and get them notarized along with his/her business card.

Well applying alone if you have a spouse , is a misrepresentation of facts.
Don't go on that road. It's more difficult to justify later.

No. It's not a misrepresentation unless you don't show them in dependent list.

You can always apply alone and dependents can be shown in file as well. Irrespective of they are coming with you or not, they should go through the process of Medical and PCC as well. Why she's not coming can always be explained via LOE and there is 1 question as well post-ITA asking why she's not coming with you.

The intention of OP is to increase the CRS score by hiding the fact that he is married.
He can show in dependents.
But that was not the question.
That's why it's better to keep it simple.
Unless as u mentioned , he show in dependents and not claim any points for spouse.

I am hoping to get an ITA with CRS score of 429. I had a question in mind i wanted to ask. I have admission in concordia university and also have CAQ, i applied for student visa and was rejected. Now i have applied for express entry, will my previous intent to acquire education from province of Quebec create problem for express entry application.
If it does create problem then how can i prove that i no longer have the same intent.

"LINO has worked with us as a full-time permanent employee,working 40hrs a week from July 2009 till Feb 2013.During the period,he worked in below mentioned designations,
May2011 till Feb 2013 : NoC 0121
July2009 till May2011 :Noc 6235

why they have issued so is because,ABC & XYZ are part of the same company & it was an internal transfer due to merger between two verticals.
ABC Ltd got renamed as PQR ltd in 2010 and then transferred me to XYZ Ltd in 2011 May.
ABC,PQR & XYZ are part of One Group,under same management & the changes were only corporate restructuring /internal transfer on account of mergers among different verticals.

Now,I can get the mandatory stock exchange filing company did for name change from ABC to PQR and also,the transfer letter issued to me by PQR transferring me to XYZ.

Edit work history in EE, changing ABC also to XYZ...write a letter explaining the company name change as I'm afraid they might find out I changed the company name post ITA explaining I'm doing so as company has issued the consolidated letter.
second option is easy but I can't do it ...it will lose someone an ita

I've recently noticed that cic page says if you're married but spouse is not accompanying,your CRS will be calculated as if u were single..
So applying without spouse in no way is misrepresenting...like @Karnesh said, one needs to show in dependents list / provide pof for them as well & also pcc & med...

Guys, quick question...

If someone currently has residency dependents in the country he's residing in (dependents are mother and siblings), but they don't intend to come to Canada with him, does the person have to show POF, do medicals and PCC for the dependents linked to his residency visa?! Or is it only required for spouse and children?!
