No one understand the fact they haven't reduced my points. Its just they are waiting for review of the work exp.
Due date was today.

Thanks M hopeful. My representative saying if the due date is today wait till 20th. Else we will raise CSE next week. To ask them why haven't they acknowledged my work exp.
 
Why CIC keep calm for more than 10 days without issuing PRR? Calm before storm?
 
Dear all,

I am march 27 applicant. After IP 1 my status was NA for last 2 months. Today i have recieved request for additional documents alongside that its changed to IP again I believe its IP 2, right?

Does this mean i have passed eligibility?

Secondly, they have requested for documents of my newly born child which i already have uploaded in their portal 2 or 3 weeks ago. Y they are now asking to upload them in mycic account now?

Thirdly, they have written a statement that '' explanation for why you did not truthfully answer question about previous refused study permit to canada''.

I am 100% sure I ticked that question with yes stating that my study permit was refused in 2012 alongside that i have given my application reference num as well. It was not in detail actually. I remember in those days it was a problem with cic website it may be left untick because of that problem (may be).

Can anyone please advise what can be done now? What should be my reply to them?

Please advise.

Its been in queue since long. They need to be quicker.

It appears to be IP2. However, you are not likely to get PPR unless all the aforementioned issues are resolved.

Perhaps, CIC wants all documents through MyCIC so that your actual application has reflection of it. Usually, additional docs are requested and uploaded through MyCIC account. If you see the additional doc upload slot in your MyCIC account then upload the requested docs ASAP. If you have already uploaded it make sure you have signed it and submitted it after the upload.

It's good that they have asked for explanation about the refused study permit. It gives you an opportunity to clarify this issue properly. Write a 'Letter of Explanation' (LOE) mentioning the technical issue that you faced during e-APR submission.

Upload the LOE on your MyCIC account, or as a Case Specific Inquiry at the CIC website mentioning your UCI and file number. You can also send them an email (to CPC Ottawa).
 
I just got my GCMS notes I requested about a month ago.

Apart from reading the stuff at the end, is there any tips on reading these files (100 pages long). Everything seems to be going fine, which is annoying its taking so long.

Read 1st 2-3 pages which tells your current status for each field status separately like eligibity, security, criminality etc.

Thanks mate, seems to be coming along. Happy I can be on implied/bridging until it comes so not too stressed anymore.

Id be curious to see which agent other people who have been waiting as long got. See if there is a correlation between longer waits for certain agents etc
