IS 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE VALID ?

i have got an experience of 3 years ( 2+1)
2 years as a junior accountant. and later on after compeleting my masters in HRM I got 1 years of experience as HR executive .

is it possible for me to apply for express entry with this 3 years of experience ??
is it necessary to have experience in the same field ??
IS HR ecexutive acceptable under FSW ???

Junior accountant falls in skill A, not sure about which skill hr falls in. High likely skill A as well. If so, You ll be able to show your 3 years exp. if it is continous fulltime. Check which skill does hr executive falls in.
