I was finally able to link the application to my account. In my case, the number of people that worked was my mom+my dad+me+co-signer=4.
I tried your strategy and finally got succeeded. The number of people should be total number people in application (including all dependents, if any) plus sponsor + cosigner (if any).

You can try linking your application to your CIC account. Create an account if you don't have one. The link to the account is
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp
What I suppose, you can link your application after it start appearing on the ECAS, but not sure. You can try.

The details in my CIC account says "Your action is required". There is no message inside. Is this normal?

Hi All,
I just finished PR process for myself and my wife under EE.
Now, I am planning to apply for my parents. I've a few questions,
1. Can I apply for my siblings as well?
2. Can I apply for my wife's parents & siblings?
3. Which documents do we need? (Is there any thread where it has all the instructions to apply under this category?)
4. What are the requirements to apply under this program?

Thanks in advance.

1. Brothers and sisters? If not orphans then the answer is no but you can give them extra points.
2. For parents yes, for siblings see #1
3. CIC checklist. Updated almost every year.
4. Income to cover your family and sponsored family.

Thanks for replying Dick.
I'm not sure if I understood the 1st point. Which extra points you're talking about?
And the only requirement is income? How much would be sufficient?

Extra 15 points on Express Entry program.
Income requirements are on the CIC website. It will change anyway by the time you are ready to apply.
Also there is a lottery for parents/grandparents. You need luck also because only 10,000 people were chosen this year.

How much income depends on how many members you have in your family and how many people you are sponsoring. You also need to have met the income requirement for three years in a row. For example, this year, if you had wanted to sponsor both your parent (no siblings) and your wife's parents (no siblings) and you have no children, then you would have had to meet the income requirement for six people which is around $75K for the last three years. You need to spend more time researching how the program works. You can find this information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5772ETOC.asp

If any siblings apply for themselves under any categories, they get extra points because of you, but not under PGP program unless they are under 19 ( this number probably has changed). Only sufficient income is not enough for you to apply. If the program continues next year, it would be a lottery system like 2017. You need to be lucky to be selected, then you worry about other things.

Dependent age is currently under 19 (not under 17).
