I can't believe you will be 12 month
I will be 11 month in a week and I can't believe I'm waiting this long it sad
Why am I always of the impression that Tuesdays will bring some good news.... I check mycic and was like a million times in Tuesday's. Hmmmm
This is actually getting to be super ridiculous. I cannot believe how many of us have now passed the 300 day wait. What is going on?!?

What u guys think we should do to have their attention?and i think the wait thing is not just for family apps in AVO.it is general thing cause i read on French forum last Friday about one guy who was complaining that his school will start in one month and he has been waiting since april to get a response from them and till now nothing.he send them emails and they replied telling him that they have a lot of apps they are dealing with this moment so he has wait...
I don't know what the answer is. Our hearts are heavy, growing heavier everyday, with pain and sadness. We're all caught in between because it's not technically over the CIC processing time but it is definitely longer than normal.

My father went to our MPs office today for me and asked about AVO. They were very nice but just reiterated what we always hear, that the processing for this office is 16 months for Ghana apps and 17 months for Nigeria apps. Unless it goes past that waiting period, we cannot do anything, they cannot do anything for us. If it's a day over then they can act on our behalf but until then, nothing. It pains me to hear that again, even though I knew what I would hear but nonetheless it's hard. Let us pray they speed up with the quick approaching promise of after December 7th 2016 apps being processed in 12 months or less.
