Does anyone have an idea as to how much target has been fulfilled until this year since the start express entry? i did read it somewhere that they need to achieve 3,00,000 immigrants target by close of 2017.

Dear friend, do not be so pessimist, may be you may never say CRS coming down to 420, BUT I'm sure others including me we all will see CRS falling down to even 400 this year This is ROH and there is no place to put such comment, no offence but I must say, sorry.

May be there are more nominations and lesser ITAs, but CIC knows what to do and how to fix it, soon it will be fixed and you will see the bigger light

Even though there are some comments to oppose mine, I'll stay like a mountain, and I know you don't have enough power to put me aside my dear friend

Fingers crossed for this week's draw already, get ready all your documents my friends coz we will get our ITAs very soon, at least I and my active and positive friends believe so!

I'm in a similar situation. I've a couple of half siblings floating around somewhere in the world whom I have heard about but never met.

I'll be writing an LOE about them.

Funny thing is, there are so many things about my life that I hadn't given much thought to before I decided to immigrate to Canada

But it's better to be safe than sorry - if we don't have details about our half or step siblings, it's better to mention it in an LOE.

I agree. You can't give details about someone you know nothing about. What if they are on the world's most wanted list? Or are under investigation for terrorist activity? I doubt you would want to be associated with them. So my advise is, in your application only mention siblings you know well.

Hello! I expect a draw every day of the week so I'm the wrong person to ask this question

The points are expected to keep falling but no one is sure at what rate they'll fall - it can either be a steep or a slow decline.

I think you can add 15 additional points for French along with the second language points that you get for knowing French (you'll have to look it up on the IRCC website because I don't remember how much that is). So learning French is definitely a good idea.
