Hello people,

My AOR is 30th March 2017
Medicals passed 2nd June
BG changed to IP1 from NA on 3rd June
BG changed to NA on 18th June
Docs section changed to "No additional documents required" on 14th July

Since then there has been no change in BG status to IP2 or NA, should we be worried or is it OK. I was concerned as lot of April AOR and even some from may have received PPR.

Me and my wife do have a lot of travel history and all together we had to submit 7 PCC for both of us from India, Sri Lanka, UK and USA. Do you think this could be reason for delay in our application?

Please do let us know your opinion and any action that we should take, it has been 116 days since AOR.

Thanks in advance.
Same thing happened with me as well buddy. BG has been NA since 26th May and I am AOR 23rd March and my additional docs section changed to no additional docs required on 13th July. There is no action that you need to take from your side as of now, the max you can do is order gcms notes. Also, your additional docs section changing to no additional docs required is a good sign which means you may have cleared your eligibility and your security will be in process. Having a log list of travel history does take some time to be honest. Even I have frequent visits to UK and US and hence even my file is taking time. So dont worry, I hope we last week of March people get PPR before this month end of may be by 15-Aug latest.. :)

Guys , nobody answered me. My additional document request went from being reviewed to uploaded after I called CIC. What does this mean, also I am not sure if I am in ip1 or 2 but BGC says in process ...
I think you are in IP2 and you should expect PPR before month end. From my knowledge, applicants get IP2 in two scenarios, either their file is approved and is awaiting to roll out of PPR email or your security check is in process. Different officers use this status as they feel. For e.g. some proactive officers will change you status to ip2 and then start security check coz security check is the last step and thats how they are supposed to do but some lazy officers may not change any status and they will only change your status to ip2 once your security is cleared and your file is approved. Some officers are top notch, they dont change the status at all, this is when some people get PPR straight from the NA status.. Hope i haven't confused you.. :) Good luck!

Hello, this your Write up is very nice although I am Sorry April 1st and still no Ppr I don't know if you can give me any advice based on your experience my details are below
Aor -April 1st
Additional document request( proof of travel history dependent - 2nd of June
Medical passed- 5th June
BGC - Ip1 to NA -6th of June
Additional document request 14th of June.
Document section on my acct changed to - we do not need additional document - 17th of June
Since 6th of June BGC has been NA
VO London
Thanks. It seems that your stream is FSW? I believe that FSW has different processing procedures as the eligibility is evaluated first. I can hardly say anything about your case. Since it takes a long time, either there's extra stages of review or it goes back and forth between the case analyst and the immigration officer or they are just simply busy/lazy?

Thanks Doge for this detailed write up. Clarifies a lot many doubts that some of us have. Just one question though, I called CIC last week and I was told by the agent that my medical, criminality and eligibility have been passed and security is yet to begin. Does this mean that i have passed the A11.2 check and the officers review? Also, my additional docs status changed from 'are being reviewed' to 'we do not need additional docs'. Not sure what to make out of these events that has happened. Will really appreciate your revert. Thanks
You are welcome. My notes only reflects the CEC processing procedure. Talking about CEC, I think eligibility pass means A11.2 pass. However, from the FSW GCMS notes I have read, they determine your eligibility first.

They had glitches with their system of the additional document status since the MyCIC system update from June. In my case, around a week before they issued my PPR, that section was corrected (changed from they "need additional docs" to "no additional docs needed") and the status of that case in my CIC shows Updated. This is definitely a good sign. It at least means that someone is working on your application. I would place my wild guess: you may expect PPR soon ;)

Does this mean if CEC has passed 100 days mark, although no PPR, the chance of rejection is low?
I think most rejection happens during the first and second review stage. The rejection tendency may get lower and lower as the time passes by.
