Hello, I have been employed for 4 years in the past from 2011 to 2014 , but now I am unemployed from 2015 to 2017.
Given I received and ITA , is there a chance that my PR application will be rejected based on the fact that I am unemployed for the past two years. Any suggestions?

Your experience must be in last 10 years. If so, then you are eligible.

I'm quite sure CIC won't reject you based on unemployment, but it would be strongly advisable to include a Letter of Explanation which explains this.

You can write a short explanation about this mistake in the letter of explanation. This change does not affect on your points, so I think it is not a big issue, but you should explain it. ( I am not an expert, but it makes sense for me this way)

Hello!

I have a query. I applied under CEC Express entry and I had 447 points, including my spouse. I didn't claim any points for her but now when I submitted the PR application, I added her WES as we got it 1 day ago. The website asked for her diploma certificate. I added her diploma original copy, translated copy and WES copy also, I also added her transcripts copy but not the original just the translated one. It never asked for her transcripts. You think this can be a problem and should I submit her transcript now by opening a case inquiry?

One more concern is that she applied for an Open work permit as she is Spouse of a PGWP holder few months back, you think this can have her work permit rejected or PR rejected? Her work permit has been refused once due to insufficient relationship proof.

Please advice, thanks :)

For foreign education you do not need to upload transcripts. Only for Canadian education.

Oh great, I also found another error now, the original that I sent is missing a signature of her on the bottom, the document was in Portuguese so i couldn't catch the error, the translated copy from WES and the Original sent to them had a signature. Now I am worried if this can cause a problem. Also, the Diploma had some things written on the reverse which I didn't send but translated copy had those. I don't know if this can result in rejection :(

Rejected due to following reason::(
"spouse PCC issue date for country of current residence more than six months old from date of application"
Seniors, please help with below queries ;
1. Can I raise CSE and request to re-open by attaching new PCC? If yes, can it be done parallely with creating new EE profile?
2.Does CIC not request for such documents instead of directly rejecting?
3. Are previously submitted documents valid if I recreate EE profile and receive ITA ?
4. Application was cancelled as incomplete-is it same as refusal?
5. What should I mention in question "have you been refused immigration to Canada previously" while creating new EE profile?

Thank you

2 more people rejected on the tracker, and 76 days after AOR because of a PC (TRAVEL HISTORY SHOWED MORE THAN 6 MONTHS CUMULATIVE STAYING IN THE COUNTRY)
Phew. This info scared me a bit because I just received my ITA this week and want to finalize it this weekend and I have been travelling often to the US for vacation to visit friends in the past 10 years. But thank god, I did the math and the total is only 84 days, so I won't need a PCC for it. Thank you for pointing it out, though, I wouldn't have thought about double checking it otherwise. It's great advice for everyone!

Hi,
All documents need to be colored copy. Black and white with a certified true copy may face rejection.

For your passport, you are supposed to scan both old and new passport from page 1 to the last page. Even if there are no stamps on certain pages, it must be scanned as well. In addition, all 4 corners of the passport must be shown. The best way to get this done is to go to a photocopy machine, put a blank piece of paper on top of your passport and scan it. Regardless whether a not you travel to the country, as long as it is in the passport, all must be scanned. In short, scan every page of your passport.

Hello,

Please do not scan empty pages on your passport. You will be setting yourself back with the Case Officer.

Best,
SR

As far as I know, and I believe even @legalfalcon & @DelPiero07 would also second me on this, the only scan of the passport that is required is of your Latest/New Passport and only of your Bio-pages and pages which has stamps/other information. Really I have no idea from where people get the info that CIC is interested in people's Old Passport and the blank pages. Just my 2 cents nothing else.
