Gavin, thanks so much for the feedback, much appreciated.
You right, I should put a ring on it :) its been 7 years already...
So a benefit statement wont be proof enough ? does that money then have to reflect in my bank account ?
So we on 410 and would also rather be holding out for a draw rather than accepting the NOI

EPF statement has been accepted as a POF for candidates from india. They have submitted a statement collected from the local PF office stamped by them.
There are couple of threads on this pls browse

of the planned 72000 PRs, ITAs issued this year till date is ~42000.assume 10% drop off on account of rejections/declines/ provincial nominations and that would leave the number at 37800.
that means there are another 34200 ITAs to be issued and factoring in potential rejections & declines,PNPs,they need to issue 10% extra to complete the planned 72000...so we are left with almost 42000 ITAs till December 31st.
Starting July that is 6 months / 12 draws @ 3500....
and the draws in June will reduce the required ITAs going forward to that extent.
Note that with average 3500 no of ITAs,the cut off had dropped by 6-7 points in the past and it is indicating that the new entrants to the pool are more at lower 400s than before...and it is likely to continue..6 months @ 5 points drop and we will be at cut off 383...from last draw...

you are right however, i believe CIC planned to issue 51,000 provincial nomination, and in 42,000 ITA issued there should be at least 10-15% of ITAs with PNP so if you deduct that from your figure then still 46000 ITAs will be issued till december to finish the quota and even IRCC knows that 10% ITAs would be rejected bc of unsufficient docs or etc to i think they would issue 50k ITAs

Ah 7 years, you're officially common law partners then so you shouldn't have an issue. Probably will be asked for interviews though

On the pension I don't actually know, these guys say stocks and bonds are acceptable which is what a pension fund is really so you should be fine but hopefully a senior member can step in here http://www.immigration.ca/proof-of-funds-for-skilled-immigrants-express-entry/

As for NOI, I'm holding out at least for the next 2 draws and then making a decision on whether to accept NOI or have my wife take the IELTS.. all depends on the score of the draws

My CRS is 411. I don't really want to go to Ontario but if the CRS score doesn't drop due to the gap in draws and 6th of June changes then I was thinking of keeping Ontario as backup. That way, it would at least give me an opportunity to enter Canada. What do you suggest?

The score will drop eventually after being on the higher side for the next two or three draws.

If you're not in a big hurry to get to Canada and if your next birthday isn't looming large, then I'd suggest you wait a couple of months for a direct ITA - with 411 you've a good chance of being invited in July-Aug.

Good luck.

Actually he's being the mature one in this conversation, and you're the one being toxic, so maybe back down just a bit.

I think you have no business coming here JUST NOW to this thread and pointing finger at one of our nicest member. So you back down. Andie has all her right to point out what she said in relation to OINP as so your friend. But pointing fingers on behalf of other is so not very welcome here!!!

Draws are like sex, gotta have them at least twice a month... no excuses!

I completely agree on the draw part, at least twice a month. Maybe thrice would be awesome. However sex twice a month is pretty low. Maybe twice a week is reasonable. That's just me though lol.

Humans of this thread, I really hope for a draw tomorrow.. I cant stand it anymore and Im not even waiting for ITA. Good night!

Hey astral, after a long time on the Ray of Hope thread. Good to c u here and good humor as usual.

How long have u reached on the journey to Canada?

Good luck on ur process

Guys, calm down. We can talk about this privately in our Yukon party next year. I am warning all of you, I am naive on this topic, so bear with me ;):D

A draw today and next week will be the next best thing to sex nowadays :p

The only thing is we have not been living together up until 9 months ago, so no bills or anything like that
