Please someone can tell me we are going to complete our 4 year on june 24 2017 so in wich law we 'll apply?? Thanks

[sigh] I was cut off by C-24 by a week and a half back in 2015, and was going to apply September 30, 2017 after fulfilling all those conditions. Now they'll move it back to 3/5 plus pre-PR right when I finally become eligible again.

At least I'll be able to apply the first day with a heck of a cushion now, instead of counting days. Just hope the backlog is not horrendous.

I am in the same Boat

3/5 was never gonna happen on day1...my wife works in the govt..way they work on implementing new laws is that till it passes no work is done in advance to avoid any redoing of work which might happen due to change in wordings of the bill..so now the bill has received RA...the work will start in changing forms , processes, etc..will shave off 2 years from my wait time..happy for everyone else as well..

People, calm down a bit. When bills like C6 get passed, there is a lot that happens behind the scenes. Proper implementation is better than a faster and broken one. Putting your frustrations down on this forum helps no one and fans your impatience. Let the government do its thing. Until then, start preparing your documents. A few months down the line, this will all seem distant. So calm down, relax and take it one day at a time. Don't get tensed about things that are not in your control.

Totally agreed. Get the doc well prepared, sometimes it really saves the whole processing time.
