Yes, i have seen people who do not upload the correct PCCs or info be rejected. The officer might realise what you did and ignore the PCC all together. Mostly because it isn't a police certificate you have to submit, it's something completely different that cic get. Anyway, just wait and see.
Sorry what you are saying is not the same as what i have said at all you are answering something else,i have uploaded the correct pcc its not like its missing,i have mentioned in loe that if they still need another pcc i will wait for their letter and submit another pcc,its all clear,i didnt stay in bahrain for 6 months before i resided here so even a pcc for that time period is not required,i am lucky that i moved to bahrain and able to get pcc because for other who stayed only in saudia arabia will not be able to get pcc from bahrain since they hold no residency permit here,i have pcc and i have submitted one and my question was in regards to rejections for people in the same situation and not people who didnt upload pcc or provided false info thats a complete different story,i will be shocked if i got a rejection for something that i cant control, and if will get one then anyone who visited a country that doesnt issue pcc for visitors will be rejected as well and thats not logical at all

Cic didn't want you to submit any type of Bahrain PCC for any time. You only had to upload a letter to cic. That's it. No PCC at all.

Cic will likely send you a special letter. You will then use it to go and get a type of PCC that only cic can ask for.

Technically you have uploaded an incorrect PCC, however CIC will likely see this and ignore it and ask you to provide a correct one soon. Don't panic :)

From what i understood is that letter is required in order to communicate with authorities no more since some authorities are not very co operative and need official letters in order to act or issue pcc thats what i understood from the info posted

It's very possible that's the reason. Just don't panic! Cic will ask for more if needed. :)

It's unlikely you will get rejected because it doesn't cover all dates because you didn't have to provide it anyway. Just wait and see.

Guys, i sent my e-APR yesterday and got AOR.

Today, i looked at my submitted profile and saw that I had accidentally uploaded my National ID Card in the placeholder for Passport & Visas.
I immediately raised a CSE and explained my mistake and attached the Passport.

Further, I have 2 (A and B) designations in the same company which are of 2 different NOC codes. Mentioning this in the application gave 2 placeholders for Employment Records, however they did not state for which designation they were for, so I uploaded my experience letters according to most recent, therefore, A for the first and B for the second.

I saw now, in my submitted application, that the Employment Record 1 was for B and Employment Record 2 was for A.

In the CSE for my passport, I have also mentioned this point that I have attached both the records, however they are in opposite placeholders, and that I hope the case officer will disregard this mistake as all relevant information has been added.

Will all this be ok for my application? I don't want to get rejected right off the bat.
I have a similar scenario as your's . I have two designations in the same company with different NOC codes and I got two placeholders as well . I am assuming the default order for place holders would be same for me when I submit the application . You are pretty clear with your explanation . Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct . So you mentioned your most recent work experience at the bottom place holder and the older one at the top ? But the correct order should be the opposite of it i.e recent one at the top and older one at the bottom ?

Thanks.

Guys , I need a bit of help from the experienced candidates .

Status - I got my ITA on 19th April and I am in the process of submitting my PR Application . My question is related to Proof of Work experience Letter . As it is not EXACTLY as requested by CIC but it has MOST of the points mentioned.

I have been working for the same employer for the past 5 years. My Roles and title are matching with NOC 2174 in the first year , however from 2nd year onwards my Roles and title matches 2171 . So I divided my period of employment into 1 + 4 and mentioned both the NOC and got the ITA as both nocs are under skill level A. Now when I approached my employer for the Letter of Reference , I was advised by HR that they have a FIXED format for R&R letter and they can only provide me one letter with current Title and roles but finally agreed to put consolidated roles for both the period of employment but didn't divide roles with duration and separate titles.

The letter <Does > have :-

1) Printed on Company Letter head and has the contact details of the company
2) Singed by HR operations manager ( His name and designation are mentioned )
3) Company stamp is there
4) Consolidated Roles of Both the period of employment are there . ( First 10 roles match NOC 2171, the next 7 roles match NOC 2174)
5) My Name
6) Hours per week
7) Current title
8) employee status ( regular )
9) Joining date

The letter <Does Not > have :-

1) Email id of company ( Website is there)
2) Only one Letter for both periods of employement
3) Does not have my 1st Job title .
4) Does not have Duration of roles mentioned on it .
5) There is no segregation between roles as per Title . All are listed one after the other in bullet form.

The letter is prepared in below format with above information.

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that Mr./Ms. NAME is a regular employee bearing employee code EMP CODEis employed in

our company since DOJ and his/her current designation is "Designation ".

Currently he is operating from Work location.........

Roles & Responsibilities:

1................

2................

3................

I have explained in LOE that my company has FIXED format for R&R letter and that they didn't agree to segregate the roles duration wise or mention my annual salary on same letter .

Apologies for such a long writeup . I hope someone would read and confirm.

Thanks in advance.

Guys,

In my part time work experience letter, I have the working hours stated in hrs/month not per week.

In my application, I wrote the hrs in the avg. per week. However, it was not included in my points as it is about 20 per week.

If submitted, Is that Okay?
and when I get to the checklist, will it ask me for a proof of experience for that job or not?

Thanks so much, greatly appreciate it :)

If your company has a fixed format for R&R letter then you could write them a formal email inquiring about it. Print your email and there reply as a part of attachment.
Secondly, you could ask your senior colleague or your director under whom you were working with your first NOC to write your responsibilities for that particular job.
If your boss and colleagues are not changed then The same colleague could write a second letter stating your new job responsibilities and the date when your responsibilities were in effect !.

OR OR
The same colleague could write the same letter as HR wrote above, and make segregation between the responsibilities above, under 2 NOCs. You will take that letter, the letter from HR, the email saying they have fixed format and can not segregate.

Write an email wisely, stating CIC concerns and get their formal reply.
I have done that in past.. For example you could write "Dear Mr/Mrs. As per our last conversation you have clarified that you can not give me two letters for the two different titles I have held. As you know I was working under this title during this period, and later shifted to this title, I would appreciate If there could be a way or an exception for me to get a letter for both of the positions I have held. Stating my responsibilities for the two different responsibilities I have held is important for me, and I would appreciate if such letters could be issued. Moreover, within these letter could you please specify that the working hours are 40 hours/week as it will also help me with --- put something here, or wisely ask this."

There reply to this would help CIC understand that you have tried your best to get things, and that you were working under two NOCs and your employer has refused to write that etc..

I hope it would clarify many things for you.

Best Regards and Good luck!

If you are main applicant, and your spouse does not have working experience in Canada, then there is no need to choose NOC, and put it in her personal history and relived yourself of collecting her documents.

If she has the Canadian experience, then yes you can change it. Just mention in the Letter of Explanation that you realized that her duties match more with the new NOC and this is the reason you have chosen it.

i am main applicant and my husband's documemts are already available but his job falls under 2 nocs but the new one better matches his duties so i changed it. can this cause problems?
