Should we mention all previous rejections in application if the applications returned due to program closed/capped? Even though it is only asked to provide info if you have any refusal in the past in Canada or any other country? Want to ask also it should be worthwhile to mention about visitor visa refusal from USA as well?

Want to know if below could be a reason for rejection?

My 1 year CEC experiencce is valid as on ITA date, it is on the edge i.e. 1 year and 4 days (ITA date 22nd Feb 2017) . Now I will be submitting e-APR, during which my earlier experience would be expired. But even if I recalculate my score now, there is no difference since recalculation asks for experience within 10 years.

Could this be rejected?
Need help please.

For FSW, you MUST have at least one year of continuous, paid, full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience with NOCs falling under categories 0, A or B within the past 10 years. If you have this, the rest of the eligible work experience can be added up (the rest of the work experience doesn't have to be continuous NOR does it have to fall under the same NOC).

For instance, if an applicant has worked like this -->

Job 1 --> 01 April 2010 - 06 Mar 2011 (NOC 2174) - 11 months
Job 2 --> 05 June 2011 - 02 May 2012 (NOC 2174) - 11 months
Job 3 --> 08 September 2012 - 11 November 2013 (NOC 2171) - 14 months --> Primary NOC

In this case, the applicant has to choose the third job's NOC as their primary NOC since it satisfies all requirements. As such, he can simply add up work experiences 1 and 2 and hence he can count a total work experience of 36 months (3 years).
I do have experience like this. In my first job it is 11 months 10 days. In the 2nd one i have 5 months 21 days and in the 3rd one i have 12 months full time. All three have same noc and without any gaps. Please explain how i show my experience??

Good day everyone...
Please i have a sort of complicated issue which i'd like to share, and would appreciate everyone's opinion on this
Up until last week, my crs score has been 413
I logged in to my profile only to see that it had been bumped up to 438
upon further checks, i noticed that my score for work experience had been increased from 25 to 50
Hence i got ITA in the last draw
My question/dilenma now is that the 3yrs work experience is not continuous
Its April 2013 - Feb 2014,
March 2015 - October 2015
January 2016 - November 2016
And November 2016 - till date
My question is that, can this work experience that has gaps in it fly for 3yrs work experience?
I'd really appreciate honest opinions and would like to know if anyone has been in my shoes too as i am in a fix as to the way forward with this ITA

CAN I CONTINUE WITH MY APPLICATION, even with these gaps
I Have same issue. My first experience is 11 months , then second is 5 months 21 days.. third is 12 months.
Have you filed your application??
The process is going fine??
What should i do??

Okay, so no issues. You can show all your work experience. However, you have not completed 3 years of work experience.so you will be awarded points for 2 years work experience only.

Guys, i sent my e-APR yesterday and got AOR.

Today, i looked at my submitted profile and saw that I had accidentally uploaded my National ID Card in the placeholder for Passport & Visas.
I immediately raised a CSE and explained my mistake and attached the Passport.

Further, I have 2 (A and B) designations in the same company which are of 2 different NOC codes. Mentioning this in the application gave 2 placeholders for Employment Records, however they did not state for which designation they were for, so I uploaded my experience letters according to most recent, therefore, A for the first and B for the second.

I saw now, in my submitted application, that the Employment Record 1 was for B and Employment Record 2 was for A.

In the CSE for my passport, I have also mentioned this point that I have attached both the records, however they are in opposite placeholders, and that I hope the case officer will disregard this mistake as all relevant information has been added.

Will all this be ok for my application? I don't want to get rejected right off the bat.

Hello guys,
I have applied for express entry on may 8 2017 & recieved the AOR same day. My wife is the principal applicant. In my upfront medical i got to know that i am infected with syphilis and TPHA shows positive. But we still submitted the application. I know its a contagious disease and canada govt will never approve the application. But i read on cic site that if its treated then they may issue a visa. So I am done with the treatment and I will be sending my reports to the panel physician. And I will also send treatment proof to cic through CSE to cic.. Not sure what will happen to our application. I am nervous. Is there anyone who been through such situation or know someone who had this problem. Please let me know. Thank you..

I have 1year CEC as on ITA date. But my old experience beyond the 3 years will expire after ITA date. Since my work wasn't continuous.

As I know, ITA date is cut off date for experience. Since I am about to submit e-APR just wanted to ensure it is ok?

Hey guys,
AOR:March 03, 2017
Meds passed: Apr 27, 2017
Current BG Status: NA -> Next Step -> NA
During a discussion with other candidates, some people were of the opinion that you need to upload IELTS result form scans with your educational documents. I only filled in the IELTS TRF number and did not upload scans for them. Am I in trouble? Should I raise a CSE?
I didn't include English test in my eAPR. They requested for that later on.
