I tried to call them but because of the high volume they couldn't forward me to an agent... so try again during the day.
Keep trying to phone them! Same thing happened with me, March 2017 applicant, I was able to get in touch with a call centre agent who put in a request for the email to be resent as well as get rid of the 30 day deadline.

There are so many different categories to choose from. What extensions did you choose, if you remember?

I believe the extensions I picked were 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 then they ask you for some information before putting you in the queue, make sure you have your Application number and UCI number on you, not sure if I lucked out with the wait times, but I phoned around 11 BC time on a Friday morning, and my wait time was only about 20 minutes.
In the meantime send in a Case specific inquiry through your CIC account too! Make sure you have your Schedule A/ Police Check etc ready to go if you haven't submitted them, while you wait. Good luck with everything!

Thanks!
The lady I talked to will send an inquire to the application centre to resend the corresponence to be. But she said I have to submit Schedule A and Police Check, but wait until I receive the correspondence (again).

Btw, where do I find Case specific inquiry?
If you mean the IRCC Webform I have already done that :)

Yes that's what! The waiting part is the worst. Do you have your Schedule A and Police Check all ready?

Thanks Freedomandchoice. My application was returned today. CIC agent highlighted the notice of assessment column.
We submitted the notice of assessment for 2015 since my partner have not yet filled his 2016 tax at the time we submitted our application. . I'm wondering if they needed the notice of assessment for assessment for 2016 as the most recent tax evaluation or are they requesting for something else .

Thanks
We also submitted NOA 2015, and they accepted our application. They received my file on 18th april 2017. (Didn't understand, why they returned ur file)

For me they only requsted for schedule A form which i uploaded through my cic. They did not request me for police certificate yet. So can i submit that too or i can just wait. As i see most of the applicants here received Schedule A and Police clearance certificate together. My timeline is application received on april 10. Got AOR may 5 and request for Schedule A may 6, 2017. Please reply guys. Thanks

Please submit the current NOA of the year 2016 and you will be fine. Thats the reason they returned your file.

Hi everyone!

Im currently in this process with everyone else and patiently waiting :)

So far...

Submitted app March 3 2017
Received AOR March 13 2017
Received 2nd AOR April 4th 2017
Received OWP May 1st 2017

I had the same problem as a lot of people on this site and had to call CIC to get them to resend me the email in regards to submitting Schedule A and police checks. This is where my question is... on the CIC basic guide for police checks its a little confusing. This is what it says on the site

Once the application is being processed, we will ask for police certificate(s) from the principal applicant and any family members over the age of 18 (whether they will accompany the principal applicant to Canada or not). This is used to help assess admissibility.

Can someone who has done this before please shed some light on this.... to me this sounds like everyone in my family needs a police history check... Isn't it just for me? What have you done? Just submitted one for yourself? Thanks for your help :)

Is anyone else having trouble getting their barcodes up in the Schedule A form?
Is someone able to send me some troubleshooting options that worked for them?

Thanks so much!

So... Ive been reading a forum about the Validating the Schedule A form and a lot of people are saying it does not generate barcodes...

Has anyone on here gone through this process yet? Can someone on here confirm that they have submitted this form and CIC has accepted it?

Thanks again
