Not weird it takes a while for the completed medical to be marked as received in the IRCC system. As long as you have completed the medical and you know it was sent just ignore the message.
Yes I know, they already give him 30 days to submit after the first letter but at the middle they sent another one which is the weird part probably some error occurred from their side.

1. H&C is for extreme hardship or extremely difficult circumstances, I'm not sure if there's a merit here. Talk to a lawyer about it, but I'd doubt there's a strong case here. There are hundreds of thousands of citizens/PR holders (if not millions) with very similar situation like yours - H&C will be very hard given that.
2. Remember, if you file H&C and the claim gets rejected - you risk her never being able to have a Supervisa or a visitor visa again.

We don’t need your Fucking thought neither nobody asked you So better just shut up your big mouth ;)

Hi guys
Today I called the clinic and they told me they submitted the test results to Ircc.
Then I called the ircc and the agent checked my file and told me that there are two medical requests.
The first one i did was received by ircc.
He recommended me to go to the clininc and ask them to give me copy of my test and send it to ircc using webform.
He said include the invoice.
I’d recommend following the IRCC agent’s instructions. An electronic copy of the medical confirmation and invoice submitted through the IRCC web form could provide additional proof if needed. Hopefully, this resolves the issue without further delays!

IRCC IT system often does things like this. The system likely hasn’t recognized you submitted your medical yet so sent another request. It causes unnecessary confusion for applicants.

IRCC agents give out so much incorrect advice. They should have been aware that if a clinic confirms it was sent relatively recently it just hasn’t been input in the system yet and there is often a lag time. There is no need to go to the medical clinic. You could send a webform with proof to provide reassurance for yourself but it is unnecessary.

IRCC call centre agents and IRCC immigration officers have completely different roles, levels of authority.

It is crazy how little knowledge they have yours also given out advice. Many are under the false assumption that their advice replaces the advice of a lawyer or immigration consultant. I always recommend people send a webform versus calling although it may take weeks to get a response.
