We can't conclude from this update alone that eCoPR/PR approval is imminent. It could be part of the final review, but IRCC still needs to complete the remaining processing.

Didn't we usually interpret seeing a date in the final decision section as a sign that approval was imminent?

Guys, I received my eCOPR on September 18, but the final decision is still not showing in GCKey for pr card , and my address is not showing as confirmed in the PR Portal. Everyone else seems to have received their confirmation within 10 days, but mine is taking much longer. I’m not sure why there has been no update yet. I don't know what do I do

Ben de aynı durumdayım. Ağustos 2023'te başvurdum. Askerlik hizmeti belgemizi 20 Temmuz'da gönderdim. Daimi oturma iznim hala çıkmadı. Sanırım askerlik hizmeti belgesini gönderdikten sonra daimi oturma izni alan kimse yok.

Sorry. I am in the same situation. I applied in August 2023. I submitted my military service document on July 20th. My permanent residence permit still hasn't been issued. I don't think anyone has received a permanent residence permit after submitting the military service document.

Exactly. Both were submitted before mid-June. No one here has received anything after mid-June.

I read an article that they already hit this year’s quota and IRCC won’t issue any PR cards this year anymore. I think we are going to reach to the 4 years milestone soon

I don’t think so, because I checked the website, and by the end of July, they had only used half of it. There’s still more than half left.

Just received GCMS notes security not started after 32 months. Just secondary office changed from operation support center to Montreal office.

GCKey/online updates are not always synchronized with the actual processing. So I’d call it a positive/encouraging sign, but not a guarantee of approval until the final decision or eCoPR is actually issued.

i requested 3-4 times atip but they did not response since july. i received last atip in the July.
