I never received the AOR, but I did receive the BIL around mid-July, and I submitted my biometrics on July 23.

End of June 2025… submitted the application and received a temporary application number around mid-September 2025. In June 2026, I was asked to submit updated documents and confirm whether there had been any changes.

Application number directly and entered ( but on this stage it didn’t ask me to enter the letter only)
Then DOB
Then 1.
On binging I put UCI

Yes, it’s correct. You can call every time including weekends. If you want to hear about your application portal updates, then automatic system will tell you. If you want to speak agent you have options for that. Monday to Friday to speak agent

i don’t have access to portal, but my representative does, don’t want to trouble her often.

Same here that’s why I called Ircc. I see on fb July 2025 applicants received pre arrival today
