2025 PR Application Timeline (Protected Person)

Hi everyone,

Are there any April 2025 Protected Person PR applicants with dependants outside Canada who have recently received Pre-Arrival, P1/P2, or an eligibility update?

I applied in April 2025. My last major updates were the BIL/biometrics and police certificate request, which I completed and submitted. IRCC has confirmed that they received everything and nothing is outstanding from my side. Criminality has passed, but I still haven't received any eligibility/pre-arrival update.

I'm just wondering if anyone with a similar April timeline and an overseas dependant has received anything recently. Please share your timeline if you can. Thank you!

I got P1 today

So my timeline
I applied June 2025
Temp AOR: sept 2025
I did not receive permanent AOR
Called IRCC and they told me it was sent, I just linked my account by removing the G
BIL : July 20th 2026
Pre- arrival : August 15th 2026
I did not receive eligibility
When I called IRCC August 17th they said everything has passed except security has not started
August 20th 2026 I got a ghost update and my final decision changed from processing to (August 20th we are processing……)
P1: August 21st 2026

In your gckey, did you see final decision or did your background check changed from “not applicable” to “in progress”. Cause we seem to have similar timeline!

I can not access my portal due to representative.I called to ircc on friday and the automated voice instead of telling me about my eligibility and background check said in order to serve you better we transfer your call to agent unfortunately i couldnt connect wirh agent due to high number of phone calls.And now today I receive p1

congrats hinhaj, we got ours on 15th waiting for p2.i had rep too but i think his job is over as p2 is sent direct to applicant what u say on this?
