How u enter Application number because it’s start with G?

Before entering app number they ask about starting letter of your application you have to press number which is related to your first letter then enter app number

As i told you before.First they will ask you to choose the number which is correspond to your application press 1 if your app starts with EP 2,3 and finaly press 4 if your app starts with G you have to press 4 then they will ask you to type your app number only (not letter G ) when you type your app number they will ask if your app num is correct press 1 otherwise 2 then they will ask about DOB after typing date of birth you have to press 1 then they will ask if you want to know about the status of your app please press 1 when you press 1 they will tell you the current status I hope now you understand

Ircc operates from monday to friday tomorrow it will off

Renew or replace permanent residence I press 3
Application number directly and entered ( but on this stage it didn’t ask me to enter the letter only)
Then DOB
Then 1.
On binging I put UCI

No in my case they ask if you apply for visit or become a permanent resident then press 1 then they ask about number corresponds to first letter of my application which is 4 then they ask to enter app num then they ask to enter DOB then they ask to press 1 to know status

I got it , you know what I enter mistakenly. I was trying 3 but the correct was 2.

Nono, I always use that method, specifically if you select 5 for refugee travel document, it say "to serve you better we are transferring your call to an agent” and contact you agent after 20-30 minutes.
On than method they told me about my
