I got P1 today

So my timeline
I applied June 2025
Temp AOR: sept 2025
I did not receive permanent AOR
Called IRCC and they told me it was sent, I just linked my account by removing the G
BIL : July 20th 2026
Pre- arrival : August 15th 2026
I did not receive eligibility
When I called IRCC August 17th they said everything has passed except security has not started
August 20th 2026 I got a ghost update and my final decision changed from processing to (August 20th we are processing……)

Congratulation.i just call to ircc before connecting to an agent there is an automated info about the application every time wgen i called before the automated voice tell me that they are reviewing my eligibility and processing my background but now today when i call them the automated voice do not tell any info about my profile instead it said to better serve you we are transferring your call to agent is this happen to you ?
