I uploaded the photo taken in Staples.. To my knowledge it met all the specifications. Do i need to upload the photo again?

In a nutshell, this is usually a ghost update unless you receive communication with next steps and the upload place holder. If it is merely in JSON, rest assured it is nothing.

Have you sent them a webform ? Did you call them ?

Webform doesn’t help. They have just automated replies. I havnt called them either but I don’t know if the agents can tell anything more than we can see on the portal. I don’t know. I am waiting for over 2 months now. As per JSON, mine was approved on June 30.

Thanks for the notes, yes, I saw your comments after I posted this update. Since I have received no email from IRCC, I will wait for any official update via email or in the portal instead of relying on the JSON data update. Will keep you posted.. Thanks again!

Hi all - it has been 50 days since I submitted my application and 30 days since JSON switched to completed. I have not received any update after that. Any recommendations ?

apparently, as many others said, it will show up in your mail without any updates after that. so you should expect a mail instead of an update

In reality IRCC promises 6-8 weeks delivery time provided Canada Post is not on strike. With your status as "Completed" 30 days ago, you should expect 1-2 weeks (I am being positive and hoping for the best).

For peace of mind just call them and they will let you know if it was posted already.

Thanks for the kind words. Have called them many times and all they say is what I see online. That it is under review

Mine is changed to complete in Json yesterday and able to link the applicationin Gc account. the application status shows in progress. i see some responses where people received cards in 7-10 days after json changed to complete.

Well once JSON is complete, it is normal for people to get cards in 7-10 days. It just shows up in the mailbox.

However, officially they claim 6 weeks for card delivery once cards are mailed.

Once you have linked the application, you may get one Ghost update when the cards are mailed or printing is done (any sort of update). But please remember, I am telling you about what few members are reporting and this is not always true. So I do a lot of reading and try to understand and try to organize the updates from members to give overview that may apply to you.

That is why I always ask members to update here, so one day we might have a good solid understanding of the updates to every possible unique case.

Someone i know had missed unit number from the address and their card was returned back due to this error
