Spousal sponsorship

I sponsored my wife for PR. They requested medical examination but she is 4-5 months pregnant and we cant get her xray done.
what happens in this case? I already did the below 2 things

1. I raised a webform where I told them our situation but they didnt reply back yet
2. Can I request IRCC to add my newborn after he is born to the same PR application

Your wife being pregnant doesn't prevent her from getting an X-ray.

its not encouraged to get xray while being pregnant

Have you come across any cases where the sponsor (a Canadian citizen) was divorced [I got divorced in 2024], remarried, and is now sponsoring the primary applicant?
Is there a tracker for 2026 Inland Spousal/Family Sponsorship?
Is the current procession time for Inland Spousal/Family Sponsorship ~2 years?

As long as it's been 5 years since you've become a PR.
