My PR application is approved today.

Here are the dates for everyone's awareness
1st June 2026: Application submitted for PR card renewal online :1st June 2026. Upon submission, I have not received any application number or confirmation via email
In online portal, Appilcation Status: Submitted (as shown on prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca)
2nd July 2026: Application is NOT searchable or linkable using GIC KEY yet on or before 2nd July 2026. On 2nd July 2026 evening, I was able to search for my application and link it using GC Key in portal https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/.
Status showed: "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."
8th July 2026: Status updated in online portal https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/ to "application approved" and message says "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive".
Total time to get the application status approved in portal: 38 days approximately . This my case. I had 3 times travel outside canada for the last 5 years, otherwise, my application is straight forward.
The message says it takes up to 6 weeks to get PR card, but I think I should get in 7 to 10 days maximum. I will update here once I get my PR card through Canada post.

@zestylaw Here is how you can register using GC Key/Interact-sign partner using the link below. I used Interac-sign in partner. Once you sign in, you can search for your applciation with client id and other details used in applciation and then you can link the application. Once the application is linked, you get all updates here.

Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your timeline.

I tried linking my application in GCKey, but it kept showing my very first PR card application instead. I think I’ll wait a week and try again.

Congratulations! You predicted your timeline so accuratetly.
Hi, I submitted my application on June 13 and haven’t received any updates yet. Link my application through GCKey today after see this post. I’m just wondering if there are any updates on your side or if you have received any additional information. Thank you.
