I applied August 28 and not received any eligibility letter or any other correspondence. My spouse and kids are outside Canada..
As far I understand our application are within normal processing times, an MP inquiry usually results in "File is in Process & Background checks ongoing", Processing usually takes 12–24 months, so the files are still within the expected timeframe. But you are not far from receiving your Pre-Arrival Services Letter.

Got P2, but I don’t see any option to upload the back side of the photo or the receipt. There is only one photo upload option. Does anyone know if a single digital face photo is sufficient?
Yes, it is.
I received mine yesterday and uploaded only the face photo. That was the only option available there.
But ups staff told me to upload receipt as proof backside of the picture

Could be pre arrival,or any other letter or status update like Finnal Decision
What's your timeline?
I just checked and they were two emails
1 refund of $85 for biometric
2 Pre arrival letter
“Getting that notification when you can’t check your IRCC account right away is the worst.
For Protected Person PR, pre-arrival is a major positive milestone.
Background/security may still be ongoing and final decision is approaching.
Application date August 20, 2024
AOR/biometric November 2024
Pre arrival February 26, 2026
