Mistake on my approval letter ( Study permit extension)

I received an approval letter of my study permit extension but there is a mistake on my name on it , is it likely that it is gonna be the same on my new study permit ? I sent them a webform but they have not answered yet , anybody who went through the same situation? Thanks !

How long does it take to be amended? I’m in the same situation the school is wrong I’ve sent it back for amendment and my school starts in three weeks

Nothing to do but wait. So what school is on your permit and what DLI number did you use when applying for study permit? Probably a month but factor in holidays if you just sent in amendment.

There’s Mac master university instead of Conestoga college and when I was applying I only attached Conestoga acceptance letter . I’m a protected person status.

So you applied and got study permit for Mac with Mac LOA? Or did you apply for both? Schools are not even in same location and one is university and one is college so not sure what IRCC did wrong. Nor if this is an amendment.
