Mistake on my approval letter ( Study permit extension)

I received an approval letter of my study permit extension but there is a mistake on my name on it , is it likely that it is gonna be the same on my new study permit ? I sent them a webform but they have not answered yet , anybody who went through the same situation? Thanks !

Wait to received the permit in mail. If there is an error, you apply for amendment and return for replacement
