That makes sense, I am applying for emergency travel passport because of not receiving the Citizenship certificate.

Yes, I am residing in Ontario and I contacted service Ontario and they told me exactly the same thing in the link. So I was wondering can I take a insurance in the mean time. Now a days the process is taking more than 9 months before it was 5 months. My wife has to return to work in April.
