If you voted in 2016, your voter ID already exists — you just might not have the details to confirm it. The electoral roll is available at your local corporator's office, and they can help you retrieve the information.

I submitted mine to BLS Mississauga August 25th, still hasn't been acknowledged yet on the OCI website, it's been 3wks.
