If your PR tracker (IRCC account) is showing a note that you requested to withdraw your PR application but you never submitted such a request by webform, email, or letter, there are a few possible explanations:@Miss bee i have a situation. On my PR tracker ots shows i made a request to withdraw my PR application on August 15 which i never made via webform or email. Why it is on my pracker? Please help
No . They are still finalising your PR status.@Miss bee
Just received a second portal 2 email. I see a new PR confirmation entry with UCI marked as DONOTUSE. Just wanted to know if I should be concerned?
Thank you for all the help!

It looks like your application is stuck because of a mismatch in IRCC’s system regarding your spouse’s addition. Even though you submitted the documents in February 2025 and IRCC call center agents confirmed they were received, the MP inquiry response suggests the system still shows them as “requested” on April 3, 2025. This type of delay is common when adding a spouse after your own background and eligibility are already cleared, because the file cannot be finalized until your spouse’s details are fully assessed. To move things forward, it’s a good idea to re-submit the entire spouse addition package again through a webform, making it very clear that you are re-sending due to conflicting messages, and attach all relevant documents (marriage certificate, forms, PCC, medicals, etc.). If you know which visa office is handling your file, you can also email them directly with the package. At the same time, requesting your GCMS notes will give you clarity on what’s actually happening in the system. Finally, keep your MP in the loop, as their follow-ups may help ensure an officer looks at your file. Since your work permit is valid until February 2026, you are not at immediate risk, but re-submitting and documenting your efforts now will help avoid unnecessary further delays.@Miss bee I have submitted documents to add my spouse in February 2025. After that I received my PAL, Background check completed and COPR details available on tracker on April 3rd. Since then there is no update on my file. I contacted MP and he made an inquiry, the response he got from IRCC "file is in final approval stages and IRCC requested documents to add spouse on April 3rd and there is no response from applicant." But, I have called IRCC multiple times in last six month and they have confirmed multiple times that they have received all the documents that was sent through webform and no further information is required and asked me to wait as adding spouse may take decent time. Now I am confused what to do, my work permit is expiring in Feb 2026.
