Primary Office: CPC Mississauga
Secondary Office: Montreal Immigration
Is this normally for my secondary being Montreal even though I’m in Ontario ?
Giving PR is not required? u r away from reality, literally it said eligible for permanent residence on NOD, and this group has already applied it means they are already on the way to get PR and secondly talking about quota, every stream has quota, and we are aware of that. It’s very less on quota and no issues on that.https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...-initiatives/levels/inventories-backlogs.html
From January to June 2025, IRCC made 230,500 decisions and gave PR to 207,600 people.
The PR target for 2025 is 395,000.
IRCC officers are working slower now because they are already close to this year’s target. Protected persons are not a priority. Even if they have a Notice of Decision (NOD) and an open work permit, giving PR is not required. The Canadian government decides this based on its own needs.
No, protected person status does not automatically mean you’re a permanent resident. You must submit your PR application separately with NOD and pass all required checks.Giving PR is not required? u r away from reality, literally it said eligible for permanent residence on NOD, and this group has already applied it means they are already on the way to get PR and secondly talking about quota, every stream has quota, and we are aware of that. Yes that’s what I said u need to apply and will be eligible. There is difference between “priority” and “not required” so yes we r not getting prioritize processes but still in a stream. Thats what I meant. No, protected person status does not automatically mean you’re a permanent resident. You must submit your PR application separately with NOD and pass all required checks.
99% of asylum claims in Canada are economic excuses and fake stories, yet they get accepted 100% of the time. Looks like the backlog isn’t a bug, it’s a feature. You can’t run an immigration system like it’s a come-one, come-all buffet.
And u r in the wrong group. 2025 in ur name means u r new. Go to 2025 group. No, protected person status does not automatically mean you’re a permanent resident. You must submit your PR application separately with NOD and pass all required checks.
This is not true. You are accusing us of being scammers. We applied for refugee status because we are in grave danger and our lives are at risk. Please choose your words carefully and do not accuse us without evidence99% of asylum claims in Canada are economic excuses and fake stories, yet they get accepted 100% of the time. You might not always be eligible. Thats why they have bg checks.Yes that’s what I said u need to apply and will be eligible. There is difference between “priority” and “not required” so yes we r not getting prioritize processes but still in a stream. Thats what I meant.
