When did you apply?I received a letter from IRRC today, with UCI and application number for my spouse(outside Canada) requesting for forms IMM 0008, 5669, etc. it also came with biometric requests. I’ll get them filled and submitted asap.

Your application and mine seemed to follow same pattern (timing) so far. I had applied just a week before you and received the biometrics request (for myself and family abroad) last week. Fingers crossed!
Have you been able to link your application to your online account? I’m still unable to link mine despite using the correct details. Though they said it might take up to 5 business days for it to be updated. I’ll keep trying.
You got both biometrics requests for yourself and your family same day? I’m yet to get my own biometric request. They only sent for my spouse abroad.
Oh yeah, they sent me all at once. You will likely recieve it by next week.
I am yet to try that thing. I am planning to try it once I finish submitting the forms they requested.
I haven’t been asked for a police certificate yet, but I think they request that certificate if you’ve lived in another country (different from your country of origin) in the past five years or so. I’m not sure though.

They don’t ask for a police clearance from everyone. It’s only required for those who have lived in a country other than their habitual residence for more than six months. If you have lived in a foreign country, you should submit the police clearance with your PR application to avoid delays.
