How can I bring my 3year old to Canada if I am a refugee claimant?

I left my baby back home at 18month but she’s 3years now.

Lately she’s been crying especially at midnight saying she want to meet me.

I feel broken whenever she does this.

Does anyone know a way I can apply for her please?

Once you apply for PR then she is included in your application. When you become PR then she becomes PR. She would not be approved for a TRV as she would need to show funds and ties to return to her country. If you are a refugee claimant then IRCC knows she will not leave or you will file asylum on her behalf. Who would bring her to Canada? You could meet in another country that accepts refugee travel document.

He can certainly try.

Your husband will need to secure a job offer and an approved LMIA from an employer so that he can apply for a closed work permit.

The child will need to get a TRV approved.

He would need an approved LMIA to apply for a closed work permit. So he needs to find an employer who cannot hire a Canadian with your husband's education, language skills and work experience. It must be a high skilled job (TEER 0-1) or a listed TEER 3 job for her to have a chance at TRV. Given she is 3 then she will be starting school soon so will need to get a study permit. So he needs to find an employer and get ECA for degree and take language tests.

Although your spouse can certainly try to get a WP realistically you are likely facing many years (could be over 5) being separated even if you are approved as a protected person. Your first major hurdle is to get a hearing and get approved as a protected person. When did you claim asylum? As has already been mentioned if approved as a protected person you will have the option to visit your family in a 3rd country. Asylum is currently a very long process in Canada.
