• Technical or System Errors: Occasionally, status updates on the online portal may fluctuate due to technical issues or delays in syncing information between different systems.
If your status has changed unexpectedly, check your email (including spam/junk folders) for any communication from the Indian Mission or the processing center. If you haven’t received any instructions, it is advisable to contact the relevant Mission or application center to clarify the reason and ensure no action is required from your side

Try to contact their customer service maybe? Also keep an eye on your inbox / junk spam folder as well in case they request more documentation.

It appears to be server issue. Mine was granted yesterday and today it changed to pending. People on other groups are also having similar discussions that status changed to pending.
Interesting! Same for my applications. It was granted and in printing yesterday.
Just checked now and it’s pending. Safe to say that it’s a system issue on their end.
 
Hi my both applications shows pending status again..I don't know why..it was under process.
I noticed same with all the 3 applications that I submitted for my family.
I submitted during last week of May.
It was under process till yesterday and now it shows PENDING.
I checked BLS tracking and there its still shows Processing at high commission.

Mine too! Application submitted at BLS Calgary - 4th July
Status as of July 9 was UNDER PROCESS with Application Date as 8th July
Today Status is shown as PENDING with Application Date as 3rd July which is my actual online submission date of the application.
