Hi, in my ADR, it says "These documents must be received 30 days after receipt of this letter." but in the same email, it says "The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter. Any documentation or correspondence you send should include your UCI and Application number as indicated at the top of this letter." Which one is correct?

Guys I got GCMS from CBSA and everything passed instead of security. The last update from officer for security is: security decision referred to cleared officer. ADDITIONAL NOTES: FILE CHARGED TO PNP-OVERDUE MEDS.

Can anybody help me with this? What this means?

Yes My AOR is April 4, 2023 and Security is still in process, I'm stuck on Background Check from Nov 28, 2023 that is 19 month's ago. They are doing my military verification but I didn't even serve in regular army, I did my civilian service and they know that. Total wait is almost 28 month's, if you add process for provincial nomination is number is crazy 40 months. three years ago.

I did read a lot comments that even mandamus cant do anything and its costly. I don't know I'm sick of all off it and tired of bureaucracy. Only good thing is that my work permit is valid until end of 2027 and that it.

I am planning to do mandamus, my work permit is valid until January 2026,I applied in December 2023 so its almost 18 months and it still processing..all my friends got their PR who applied after me ...I talked to some lawyers and the mandamus is costly

Same here, my friends to that come after me here did get PR and even citizenship long time ago, I haven't be that lucky.
