Has anyone raised webform to switch employer under code PPCHANGEWORK2020 and received response lately. After apply Work Permit using PNP work permit extension letter?

I raised the webfrom on June 6th and to date, no email authorization to work yet. Only one automated answer.

It is mandatory requirement to attested PCC form UAE for IRCC.

I received FD and P1 last week (replied same day). Waiting for P2. My tracker hasn't been updated though, it still shows the same status from two months ago:

Biometrics: completed
Medicals: completed
Background check: in progress
Eligibility: not started
COPR: Not available yet

Is this normal?

No email, I checked GCKey and saw the status update. Next day, I received P1 email and replied the same day.

I ordered GCMS notes 5 weeks ago, still waiting.
