Given the job market I would not leave a job unless you have secured one in another province. The cost of housing is also much lower in Quebec than in many parts of Canada so that also needs to be considered. In some parts of Canada the vacancy rates are also very low so securing housing can be difficult. Although you may be able secure PR faster you also have to consider non-PR/protected issues when considering a move.

I arrived in Mexico in june of 2024 and then crossed into Alberta via the United States, I will not disclose how I did that. So I came to Canada without any legal status. I did not claim asylum and made it my intention to do this H&C.

Did not say that there are conflicts between Hindus and Sikhs but you typically have to show that you have been personally persecuted and that your life is at risk. Also that you have attempted to relocate to another part of India and you were still persecute. If you were personally persecuted that would also be an asylum issue. Based on your statements all Sikhs in India would qualify for PR in Canada which is not the case. In general single adults of working age are much more likely to be refused H&C and have their family ties discounted if not immediate family like a spouse or child not sibling. The fact that you only recently arrived in Canada makes the approval even more unusual/surprising.

What are you defining by challenges in healthcare? What type of temporary/non-PR persons also will likely have an impact on the answer.

I am also surprised that this weak case was approved for H and C, and stronger cases involving familes and best interest of children denied. The most likely reason in my opinion is that senior IRCC representative who appoved this application is from the same country of the applicant. I think reforms are necessary to decision making process in H and C to avoid bias, and decisions should not be solely made by single official, rather by a panel of fair decision makers.

I asked this in reference to changing province from Quebec to another. Will there be any issues in getting Healthcard.

There are labour shortages in some food manufacturing and agriculture occupation they are hiring every week!!!
