Can I sponsor my sister even if she is a temporary resident in Canada?

Not sure you understand or maybe I misunderstood but you mentioned that "They are in Canada with temporary status". So it looks like you do have someone else besides your sister?

Maybe OP means sister and sister's family.

Hi everyone, please can I sponsor my sister if she is already in Canada with a temporary work permit? I don't have a partner,kids or parent to sponsor and I don't have any other family members who are permanent resident or Canadian citizen.Will it be an issue because she is already in Canada?
