Yes, my voter id has been cancelled and the roll has been updated by BLO. You can get your BLO, ARO phone number from election commission website and directly contact them. My BLO asked me to send canadian citizenship certificate on Whatsapp. He cancelled it immediately.

Oh, thank you so much for this information. My status 'fvr submitted' hasn't been updated and I was mindlessly checking it everyday. I did not know that we have to contact BLO.


Edit: 'for submitted' to 'fvr submitted'

Some BLO doenst know anything about OCI procedure, My mother has to go at least 5 times to get the proof.

You mean to remove the voter ID? Aren't BLO's aware of form 7 i.e. removal of voter ID, they don't need to know about the OCI right. All we need is the voter id removed and I assumed once they submit that field verification report, it will be removed.

Thats what I thought too, but it took me so much time to convince BLO that Form 7 online application doesnt have attachment option and they were not ready to accept phone copy for my wife voter ID cancellation, They were rejecting application every time by saying proof not uploaded, so had to spend 100$ just to send printed form
 
Status of my child's OCI application is updated to 'Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping'. I have opted for Pickup from Brampton BLS office.
After how many days can we go and collect it? Is it ready to pickup the next day or should I wait for few days?

Well, I just contacted my BLO, seems like she doesn't know much about it either. I am now trying to reach out to ERO and there's no response. Will raising a complaint work in this case?
