Just asking if application still can be withdrawn if received PFL? From my understanding, application can be withdrawn at anytime before COPR issued? Am I correct?

Don't think the withdrawn will be seen before you need to respond to PFL.
You need to respond to PFL. If there is any misrepresentation, it will stay in your record. I am not sure if withdrawing will help if IRCC decided on refusal/ban.
Why would you want to withdraw after you’ve received a PFL, something’s really off here and IRCC going to hold that against you now.
By face of it it seems you know you can’t defend the PFL concerns but withdrawing the application only going to confirm to IRCC the reason(s) they sent the letter in the first place.
The sponsor can withdraw sponsorship at any time. However withdrawing the actual application is different. As others have said, IRCC generally does not allow an application to be withdrawn once a PFL has been issued and will continue to process and make a decision. You haven't said why the PFL was received. However you want to avoid ending up with a misrepresentation finding and a five year ban. You need to respond to the PFL fully and with evidence, if applicable. You can ask to withdraw the application as part of the PFL. However make sure you also address the concerns raised in the PFL fully.
I didn’t receive PFL, just assuming.
Seen many cases sponsor as PR left Canada, and received PFL afterwards.
If I as sponsor(PR) leave Canada at the time processing my case, am I gonna receive PFL or normal additional documents required letter to clarify this issue? I remember many people received PFL regarding PR sponsor left Canada.
Plan for 1 month, but the thing is IRCC might be checking my residency right after the day I just left Canada. And even I just left Canada, that’s still considered not in Canada.
In this case, will I receive PFL or ADR to address this issue?

No, you won't necessarily receive a PFL or ADR if you leave Canada for a period of time. Some do and some don't.
Would personally aim for 2-3 weeks if possible to minimize the risk. Easier to justify a shortage absence that is more in line with vacation leave in Canada.
Hmm, what if the reason The sponsor left canada was due to the unexpected death of a loved one, would that be justifiable. Do you know anyone who has recieved pfl due to the fact that the sponsor was not residing in Canada but the reason the sponsor left was due to sudden death in the family
to be specific, the sponsor lost her father and had to leave canada for the funeral and burial rites, while the sponsor was away for her father's funeral, she lost her brother in law and had to extend her stay. so the sponsor was outside for 6 months and 10 days
If the sponsor is a PR then leaving Canada for this length of time would have made them ineligible to sponsor. Have they now returned to Canada?
