I am still waiting for my eCOPR and 2 days back I gave birth to a baby here in Canada. While submitting my PR application, I informed IRCC about my pregnancy and due date. So in this waiting time do I need to inform IRCC about the baby birth and if yes, how can I inform them and what should be the content.?

Inform IRCC through your Portal 1 email about this change. Also webform this if you want to be sure.

Lately, there has been some discrepancies with LMIA applicants, however, as long as your all the documentation are genuine and legit, then you have nothing to worry about.

You would have to call them!

you can find it on your p1 email or you have to call IRCC and ask about it.

Mine was mentioned in the signature section of the email. If it's not mentioned in yours, then you would have to call them!
